Technology Discovery, Shanghai Auto Museum

The Automotive Technology Exploration Center is located on the third floor of the museum. It is mainly for the automotive science education for young people. It is divided into five exhibition halls: car imagination, car design and manufacturing, automobile future, automobile construction and amusement experience.

The Auto Discovery Pavilion was built with the support of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission’s special funds, and was built by automobile experts, display experts and relevant educators. The Auto Discovery Pavilion has been under construction since 2008. It was completed in October 2009 and passed the acceptance of the Science and Technology Commission. It was completed on December 18, 2009 and officially opened to the public.
