Automated restaurant

Automated restaurant or robotic restaurant is a restaurant that uses robots to do tasks such as delivering food and drinks to the tables and/or to cook the food.

Introduction
Today, with the development of knowledge and information technology infrastructure, different areas of knowledge are used, one of these areas is self-service electronic services of large organizations and universities, which, by employing the power supply automation system, mechanize all affairs in this area.

History
In Iran the mid-70s worm, the first self-service automation systems in universities in the country to use, in this system of barcodes for identification cards and a device used by a microcontroller programmed had been used as a delivery device. With the advent of technology and the disappearance of bar code cards, in the early 1980s, these cards replaced their magnetic contact cards. With the development of Internet infrastructure in Iran as well as the needs of users using these systems, in the mid-80s, these systems were equipped with Internet reservation capabilities. In the same period, with the commercialization of non-contact card technology, radio waves, These cards replaced the previous cards. Now, with the development of the system at universities and organizations and the need for newer ones, these systems are progressing day by day to the point where they become a modern automation system linked to several other systems.

Technology
Restaurant automation means the use of restaurant management system to automate the major operations of a restaurant establishment. Even in the early 1970s, a number of restaurants served foods solely through vending machines. Called automats, or in Japan shokkenki, customers ordered their foods directly through the machines. Across Europe, McDonald’s has already begun implementing 7,000 touch screen kiosks that will handle cashiering duties.

More recently, restaurants are opening that have completely or partially automated their services. These may include taking of orders, preparing of food, serving and billing. A few fully automated restaurants operate without any human intervention whatsoever. Robots are designed to help and sometimes replace human labour (such as waiters and chefs). Automation of restaurants also allows the option for greater customization of an order.

Available Features in Nutrition Automation System

Web Reservation Food
Using this feature, users can access their meals on the Internet.

Increasing web credentials (Internet)
By using this feature, users can increase their credentials using a bank-connected card to the accelerated network.

Web Admin Panel (Internet)
User management system, groups and roles
Using this system, administrators can define the users and groups and assign them the corresponding roles. Using this feature, system administrators can manage the system anywhere and at any time by having a computer connected to the Internet. In some more sophisticated systems, it can be accessed through mobile devices or tablets.

Food Management and Food Planning
This subsystem allows administrators or administrators to define foods, and they can define defined foods in a diet plan.

Management of Saloons and Dining Halls
In this subsystem, the defined meals can be assigned to the predecessor, and the user groups defined may also be allowed or unauthorized to use this predecessor.

Manage food prices
Using this feature, you can assign different prices to different groups and users to buy different foods.

Food Value Management
In this subsystem, you can define the constituents of foods and also define the nutritional values of each one, including the amount of calories, protein, etc., and this system automatically calculates the sum of the amounts defined for each food press.

Device management and control
With this you can monitor and monitor the status of each service provider’s service provider.

Offering Offline Services
If the system has this capability, devices will automatically decide and service will not be discontinued if the network is disconnected for any reason or the server is unavailable.

Record events
In this subsystem, the performance of users and devices can be monitored and logged.

Generate dynamic reports
The information in the system is dynamically generated and reported from this information.

Connect to training system
It is used in universities and educational institutions, so that with the changes in the status of the user in the training system, the corresponding process will occur for that user in the feeding system. For example, in the case of a student’s study leave, his condition will be suspended in the system.

Connection to hostel system
This system is used in centers where a certain promise, such as dinner, is distributed in the dormitory where the user is resident, whether the accommodation is or not, the user has an effect on his condition in the system. Using this subsystem, information about the accommodation can be downloaded online and by changing its position in the dormitory, the feeding system will also be done in the relevant process.

Connect to financial system
It is used to report finances and settlements with directors’ users.

Connecting a storage system
This subsystem can be used to control inventory and supply chain process.

Fingerprint module
With this module, the user can place the card through fingerprint to authenticate it.

Forgot cards
If the user does not have their card, they can use the system through this subsystem.
